After a detailed consultation, risk assessment and site survey A CCTV design and proposal was developed to meet their exact needs. They opted for 6 cameras to be located at the entrance points and communal areas. The concierge can now see anyone arriving on his monitor and meet & greet promptly. All the cameras are cabled back to a 4TB 16ch DVR (digital video recorder) which stores images for over 2 months and is located in a strong lockbox in a secure area. The concierge has a monitor on his desk and mouse so he can control the DVR and see the images he needs. The DVR is also connected to the internet so residents, the managing agent and us can see images online without having to go to the DVR.
