Established in 1965, Pearl & Coutts, part of the Structadene Group, is a business which specializes in quality residential and commercial property lettings in London.

One of there 100s of letting offices is located in the heart of central London on Great Portland-street, just off Oxford street. They rent their offices to a top modeling agency and a visual effects studio.

After a few targeted burglaries, they requested a four camera  CCTV system to protect and monitor the building.

• Camera 1 identifies people at the front door(outside).
• Camera 2 monitors activity at the front door (inside).
• Camera 3 identifies people using the fire exit (inside).
• Camera 4 monitors activity at the fire exit (outside).
