CCTV Solution protects residential estate car parks for Willmotts Property Management & Chartered Surveyors in Barnes, Hammersmith.

Willmotts was established in West London in 1856. Since then Willmotts has developed into a thriving independent company, providing a complete range of property services, utilising the most up to date technology from a modern hea office based in Hammersmith. CCTV Cameras London installed 2 Digital CCTV systems in two residential blocks that Willmotts manage in Barnes, Hammersmith. These properties already had CCTV security on site but it was not effective in deterring thieves who were targeting the car parks, breaking into cars and taking valuables. At each location, CCTV Cameras London designed and installed a 9 camera CCTV solution. This comprised of a recognition camera located at each entrance with infrared illuminators to capture images even in complete darkness. These cameras with professional signage are very visible outside the property and work as an effective deterrent. Pixim cameras were selected to recognize people or vehicle registrations entering the gates and monitoring cameras were positioned through out the car park to track a person or vehicle with minimal blind spots. All cameras were attached to a 9 channel NetBox Digital Video recorder which records continuously with a 28 day archive. In addition, the presence of prominent signage and the latest equipment has achieved its goal of putting potential thieves off and theft has been irradiated so far. Since the installation, there have been no incidences. The installation was designed as an autonomous system so even if there no security staff on site, the site is protected. The digital video recorder (DVR) is located in a locked storage in a secure location to ensure that it meets data protection law requirements.
